The National Mentoring Consortium (NMC) runs a number of events that both celebrate and inform. The spring seminars and careers days raise awareness of the talent and potential of students with a disability/dyslexia or from an ethnic minority to compete in the graduate recruitment arena. The award ceremonies celebrate the achievements of the undergraduates and their mentors through the mentoring process.
